1. Anyone aged 25 or above and holds a valid Hong Kong Driver's license for at least two years may rent a vehicle. 2. No drunk or drug related driving record within 3 years 3. No dangerous driving record within 3 years.

1. You only need to provide your ID card, driver’s license and address proof within 3 months to our staff and book. 2. If you are a visitor, you can provide your ID document, address proof for the latest 3 months in Hong Kong and international driver license.

Daily rate – based on 24 hours a day, less than 24 hours will be counted as a day. For example, 10pm from Monday to 10pm Tuesday Weekly rate: based on 7 days and 6 nights. Monthly rate: based on 30 days.

A surcharge of HKD 300 will be charged for changing date.

If cancel the booking after confirmation, we will charge following cancellation fee: Daily and weekly rate: HKD500 Monthly Rate: HKD 1000

Different models will have different rental fee. Please visit our website for more information. For instance, if rental from Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, daily rate will be increased by HKD50 to HKD100.

If everything is ok for the car when it is returned, we will refund the deposit by FPS/Payme or Electric Cheuqe partially. If no tickets or other questions after two months, we will return the rest of the deposit. You can also put the deposit in our company and run to next car rental.

Daily rate: Max 250KM, weekly rate: Max 1500km, monthly rate: max 4000km, any excess will be counted HKD2 per km.

Must bring own ID card, driver’s license and latest 3 months address proof to the appointed location, confirm the car condition by both parties. Signed the contract and pay rental fee. You can also choose delivery services with additional HK300-800.

Return the car based on the time and location in the contract. There will be late charge for late delivery: HKD100 for first 15 minutes for the first hour, HKD500 for every 30 minutes for the 2nd hour or daily HKD3000. Make sure car is clean and no rubbish. Otherwise, we will charge HKD200 for cleaning services. Pets or smoking in the car will additionally charge HKD5000 for steam service.

If you were charged illegal driving and got the ticket, please settle the penalty within period. If you request us to settle, we will charge additional HKD500 as administrative cost. If due to illegal parking and the car was towed , all costs related have to be settled by you and additional HKD 1000 will be charged.

No, you cannot. If there is an accident that happened by a third party, all legal liability will be put on the lessee.

We will undertake all non-human natural wear and tear of the first three hours of rental contract. The others will be undertaken by lessee. Of course, the lessee can purchase our company's protection insurance ranging from $1,000-$2,000 to protect the similar situation, after the purchase of the company will bear half of the repair costs, if the lessee needs to provide another car will need to add $10,000 deposit to enjoy the replacement service, if not need to be deducted from the rental fee on a daily basis; if the rented car is due to man-made factors to be repaired, the repair costs will be borne by the lessee and will be required to pay for the rental costs of the vehicle during the period of repairs or at a rate of $800 per day, in order to compensate for the losses we have incurred.

If the rented car is damaged due to an accident, it is not allowed to be repaired without our consent, otherwise all responsibilities will be borne by the renter.

The rented car must be driven by the lessee, if an accident occurs due to a third party driving the car, the lessee has to cooperate with our company to complete the insurance claim, the specific acceptance will be subject to the insurance company's final review; if the insurance company does not accept the claim, then the lessee has to bear all the expenses related to the accident, all accident related expenses shall be borne by the Lessee. The lessee is also required to pay an additional HK$80,000 as advance payment.

You are not allowed to use the rented car for any illegal activities. Please observe all traffic laws and drive carefully in accordance with the instructions and warnings issued by traffic signs, such as directions and speed limits.

The renter shall be responsible for any legal liabilities and damages arising from traffic violations during the rental period. The Lessee shall not engage in any illegal activities with the rented vehicle, including (but not limited to) drunken driving, carrying passengers for reward, transportation of drugs, etc. The Lessee shall not use the rented vehicle for any illegal activities. If we find that the Lessee violates the terms of the contract or engages in illegal activities with the vehicle during the rental period, we have the right to terminate the contract unilaterally and the Lessee will be held liable for all the responsibilities in this regard.
